Business management features

Marketing Potato operates under the ownership, billing, infrastructure, and legal responsibility of BitDoji LLC.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

3. Client Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Billing & Payment

4.1 Subscriptions

Certain services are billed on a recurring subscription basis in advance.

4.2 Payment Methods

8. SMS & TEXT MESSAGING TERMS (TCPA & A2P COMPLIANCE)

This section is written specifically for carrier and A2P 10DLC approval compliance.

By providing your mobile phone number to BitDoji LLC, 36CERO, or Marketing Potato through any website form, onboarding form, chatbot, subscription form, funnel, CRM form, or other registration method, you expressly consent to receive communications from us via:

MMS messages

Automated or manual text messages

AI-generated messages

Appointment reminders

System notifications

Account alerts

Customer service messages

Marketing or promotional messages (where permitted by law)

BitDoji LLC is not responsible for misuse of messaging tools.

8.7 AI & Automation Disclosure

Some messages sent through the Service may be generated, enhanced, or routed using automation or artificial intelligence technologies. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to this functionality.
